We offer comprehensive services in the analysis and valuation of real estate. Working independent of the banking sector, we are the largest company in Germany that values real estate in all asset classes.

VALUE AG has been operating in the market for 20 years and has built up an extensive database of property values in both the domestic and international markets. Our 450 employees work with a broad range of valuation software at nine separate locations: Berlin, Essen, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Hannover, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich and Stuttgart.

We have systematically embraced technology with the aim of actively shaping the real estate valuation market. We engage large IT teams to continuously refine our products to form a digital, efficient and adaptable valuation process environment. This is our vision of property valuation 2.0.
